  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered non-returnable:

  • Sale items: These are clearly marked as "Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and hygiene-sensitive items, for health and safety reasons.
  • Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  1. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 1-4 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  1. Shipping Costs

For exchanges and returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the exchange or return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
