This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the PEEPRI platform.

1. Cancellations

• Timeframe: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.

• Shipping Exception: Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to our printing and logistics partners (Sellers/Merchants) and they have initiated the shipping process, or the product is out for delivery.

• Action: In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep upon delivery.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

Peepri does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items (such as flowers, eatables, etc.). However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.

3. Damaged, Defective, or "Not as Described" Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report it to our customer service team immediately.

• Reporting Window: This must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product.

• Verification: The request will be entertained once the merchant/seller listed on the platform has checked and determined the defect at its own end.

• Expectations: If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to our notice within 7 days of receiving the product. Our customer service team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a specific warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them for resolution.

5. Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by Peepri, it will take 5 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
